Thairu Mugi
Director / Licensed Aircraft Engineer
Thairu is a highly experienced licenced Aircraft Engineer with over 23 years in the aviation industry. He holds multiple aircraft Maintenance Licences, both local and international with broad expertise across various aircraft fleets. He has led teams at different levels of maintenance locally, regionally, and internationally ensuring safety, regulatory compliance and operational excellence. Thairu has been an instructor, assessor, and examiner with KCAA and resourcefully contributed to the review of Kenya Civil Aviation Regulations and development of aircraft Maintenance training curricula. His vast experience and technical knowledge makes him a key asset to Aviedge.

Sylvia is a passionate leader in development programming with over 15 years of industry experience. She is a certified Project Management Professional and a member of the Project Management Institute both internationally and right here in Kenya.
